Why not make it a little egg crate house? :)

..seriously..I'd leave it or drop it in your fuge if you have one. They are great detritus eaters and are helpful to remind you to keep your hands out of your tank!

I was thinking about the egg crate house for him actually.
I read last night that that particular species of fire worm is potentially bad

Keep your hands out of the tank? Do they sting or something? Now you're worring me!:scratchch

If you ever played with fiberglass insulation or had a mini splinter or two thats typically the basic thing you feel when you accidentally grab a rock with it out and not noticing it. 8000 types = 8000 or so other side effects of getting the hairs stuck into your skin =0)

if you do get hit with bristles soaking in regular white vinegar will dissolve them.
keep a large jug of it handy. you'll be happy you have it when that day comes.

Been there done that...actually the first thing you want to do it is soak your hand (or whatever) in the hottest water you can stand for 20 minutes..then the vinegar for 20 minutes. An antibiotic cream afterwards is also a good idea.
Don't try the tape removal method as it just pushes the bristles further in..best off pulling them out with tweezers :)
