question about algae

I have noticed my rocks and my Snails are begining to get brown on them I have also noticed under the sand has some brown spots not the same color as the sand and on my glass I assume is algae it looks brownish blurry like does anyone have a clue if this is good or bad

I have as cuc 12 hermits,7 turbos .1 algae blenny and 1 cleaner shrimp
2 nas snails I only see one every once in a while

Is 3 months still considered new?
Or do I need more cleaners

All on the snails and powerheads looks nasty

That angel would have appreciated a more established tank, and seeing as your just seeing this stuff your tank has a while to go. I first got algae a few weeks after startup, did you run the skimmer during cycle?This would have delayed it.

On a side note, beware of the bangais, they pair up and kill odd ones out.Whats your total livestock?
