LR for a 25

How much LR can i get for my 25 gallon tank. I was planning about adding 25 lbs or fiji from eddiesamuil and possibly another 25 lbs in the group buy from bulkreefsupply.com - is this too much LR, could i maybe add more?

I think you will be fine with 25 to 35 lbs for a 25 gallon tank but it all depends on what you are going to do with the tank FOWLR or reef?

Depends upon the density of the rock. If you use a rock like Tampa Bay, then you can probably use 50 lbs. That is very dense rock. If you use Fiji or Kaelini, you'll most likely need 30-35 lbs.

I think you'd be on the right track with that. You can always 'fine tune' it with a small piece here or there once it's set.
