ballast problems

i have a 2x175 pfo ballast, one of the lights stopped working a few days ago, its not the bulb, socket or wiring. i don't know how these things work, do i have one ballast that fires two lights or two ballasts in one box? has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

is it a AQ2-175MH-120V ,it has 2 seperate ballast in the case one for each lamp, i have found sometimes just burnt connections inside ,it has to be look at

where would be a good place to take it to get looked at?

i opened it up today to see if there were loose wires or anything, but i couldn't rely tell what was going on in there. i did notice however that there is a low hum coming from the ballast that wasn't there before. it always hummed for a second before firing the bulb, now i just starts humming but never fires the bulb....any ideas?
or somewhere on the NJ side of things i could take this to get check out?

can you take a pic of the ballast (with the cover off )will have to get a ballast for it and i'll ask a freind of my that lives close to you if he whould change it,hes a electrican allso from work
