I'm sure Matt isn't saying to remove the center brace. What we're saying is that if the lights can be positioned over the clear openings it is indisputable that it will be more efficient.

Want too thank you all for sharing your opinions!! I think I'll keep this tank and do the cichlid thing. I'll keep my eye out for the right set-up, Listed this tank for sale on mr. thought of trading it for the right 90 set-up or possible a 120 or 125 who know's . This is probly the reason no great replies !! Thank's again, Vince
