What are these?

Strange clusters of approx. 1/8" round white spots on glass and tops of Lg. Turbo Snails. The spots on the glass appear to have a yoke inside. Is this something that i should be concerned with? I will try to attach a pic of one of the snails.

Deanos, were refering to the Dragonyc thread? If so, these are not the same thing. They are much larger (the width of a air rifle BB) and appeared over night. I have Spirorbid Polychaete in my tank as well. The things that are on the snail are also in a few other spots of the tank in small groups and cover approx 1.5"x1.5" of surface area.
