To get wet skimming should I turn the screw at the pipe clockwise of anti-clockwise-it does not seem to make any difference in the foam visually in my setup?

I'm no master skimmer expert but from my understanding that screw should not be touched unless you are trying to clean the injector .... wet and dry skimming is easily adjusted by the rubber ring around the cup which makes it lower or higher in terms of sitting ... .the higher the cup the dryer, the lower, the more wet it becomes ...
