Hanna Phosphate meter

Anyone in the Queens area have a Hanna Phosphate meter that i can borrow? I need to check how bad the phosphate is in my tank, or how low it is, but most likely bad. Only need it for a little while, can probably return same day.

Easy ways to tell if your PO4 is high

1 Green algae growing on glass
2 diatom (brown film) growing on glass, obstructing view in only a few days.
3 Brown acros/lots of death from base up
4 more obvious signs like algae outbreaks etc...

If I had to take a guess without knowing more info I would say your PO4 is .2
