:splitspinI was shopping around at my LFS for a small tank for my DIY sump and i didnt know what size to get (how many gallons and what dimensions) any suggestions? ..because i dont know how much this protien skimmer need to be submerged i have no clue how big to go. (Octopus Needlewheel Protein Skimmer NW-150) after that chamber i putting a 1-2 pound LR refuge and then into return pump chamber. i was thinking of 30 gallon tank will do but my LFS has a million sizes. So how much of the protien skimmer actually needs to be fully submerged in water? its 22" tall and 6x12 foot print. I was thinking 14 inches of water will do but mabey i wrong? idk help!! :iamwithst
also says it has a built in bubble diffuser does that mean i wont need a bubble trap?
