I have someone interested in my 75 gallon tank It has 11 fish in it and is cycled he has no other tank it would be his first one He is asking me how he can keep the fish if he has to empty out the water and then refill it doesnt he have to wait for it to cycle and balance or the fish will die?

Or is there another way to do it without waiting all over again

You would still be transferring alot of water with livestock, and etc......
I am moving my tank in 3 weeks....alot of buckets full of water........
then I add more new water(it wont cycle b/c there wont really be much die-off)

I believe this is correct, I am a rookie though

Lots of rubbermaid tubs, buckets, heaters and powerheads. Make sure this person has lots of fresh RODI water at his end. Put down a tarp in your car/truck to protect vehicle from saltwater leaks. No new cycling needed. Your fish should be fine. Make sure you temp & drip acclimate the shrimp slowly.
