Veggies..?

I have this vegetation growing from 1 particular rock....1 of them is shaped like a pingpong paddle the other is all red kinda fan shaped ...question is...is this good or should i irraticate them from my tank?

look up padina species, sounds like what the red one could be. and possibly the other as well

I think i had that stuff before on a little pieceof rock. I liked the way it looked so I kept it.
