That's a Vermiculate Leopard Wrasse (Macropharyngodon bipartitus). This is a female that I believe is about half transitioned to male. Leopard wrasses in general are finicky and difficult to care for. They require a sand bed and often refuse to eat. In the recent past, success with them was practically unheard of. In the past few years, something has clearly changed ( collection and or/shipping and handling, better foods available?) and a much higher percentage of them are thriving. Still, not a begginer fish by any means.
