Anyone use Zeroedge lamp tree?

I am sick of putting holes in my ceiling and thinking my light is going to come crashing down into the tank. Been thinking about one of the lamp trees from zeroedge :

Definately not cheap but maybe worthwhile for peace of mind and ease of installing. Anyone? Thanks...

I am hanging a pretty heavy pendant and my ceilings are old and sketchy. I swear I couldnt find a stud. I dont have the tools to make something decent looking myself either. So far zeroedge has been very responsive and I've heard good things about them customer service wise.
