Uv Sterilizer ..need Or Not?

i have a uv on my tank ,i had when i did a fish only tank ,now i have a reef tank ,and fish ,mosly small reef fish ..(goby .blennie,anthias.cleaner wrasses,and inverts my biggest fish are 2 yellow tangs about 2 1/2 inch ),,should i still use my uv ster ,or leave it off,,what do some of you guys think about this ,thx for the help Ronen
