Ok gang,

Here is my dilemna. I have 2 Tunze 6045 that I have hooked up to a wavy sea pro wave maker. The problem is noise. The powerheads, sound like rattling teeth when they get switched on from the wave maker. Is there a fix for this? Or do I need to not use, get different powerheads or steal somebodies Vortech's :)
Thanks

The Tunze 6045s are not controllable. Putting them through a wave maker (ie. turning them on and off) will shorten their product life.

This is the note from the marine depot description:

"NOTE:
  • Most Marine Depot products are sold in 110V conversions. Please verify your country’s volt conversion before making any electrical purchase.
  • Models 6025 and 6045 are not controllable and are not compatible with the 7091 or 7095 controllers. "
