Y doesnt the VHO ballast come with a plug ?? ALso where do i get one from ?

from a old computer power supply or go to home depot and buy an extension cord. thats what i did. good luck

this is for the power correct.

if it is here is a pic of the cord. just cut the end i circled. there should be a black, green and white wires there. on the ballast should have the same wires. just match them.
