e-ballasts?

What can anyone tell me about Blueline E-ballasts? Good bad Junk Decent any info is great and welcomed!

When connecting the ballast to your current system, you must remove the existing
harness from the system and connect the wires from the E-Ballast harness directly to
the mogul socket. Be sure to match colors (white to white, green to green, black to
black).​

BlueLine E-Ballast Guidelines​

BlueLine E-Ballasts are approved for use with all lamps, including, but not limited to, BlueLine,
Venture, Iwasaki, EYE, Ushio, Energy Savers, Coralife, Red Sea, Aqualine Buschke, Osram,
Radium, Hamilton, Phillips, Sylvania, XM and GE.
