Host for Clown Fish..

I am looking for something for the clown fish to host.. Anyone?? Beside the anemone, what else can I get??

Well, my tank is pretty new.. So far I have mostly zoa and one mushroom and two ricordeas, and it seem one of them is trying to host on the ricordeas...

Frills mushrooms are hardy and usually are good hosts...especially if yours like ricordea...

yes that's what I am thinking of too, the hairy mushroom.. Anyone have a frag of hairy mushroom??

remember the coral u select has to big twice the size of the clown for it to host and its not guaranteed it will host that..it cud just want to host ur powerhead or overflowbox

Yep - one of mine hosts in a corner of the tank by the overflow, another one in a large leather, and a pair of perculas in wall hammer. And I have several rics, a large hairy mushroom (huge), torch, frogspawn - so no guarantees even if you get whatever is recommended.

ok then guys, but I am going try the hairy mushroom.. Also, what do you feed your clown fish?? I try to feed him Frozen mysis, and the flake formula one and two. But I haven't see them eat yet..

my two false percula clowns host a rock covered with mushrooms. they eat flake and mysis.
