could this light work

i was looking to get new mh light that are 250w and i bumped into this site would they work on a pfo ballest AND WHAT COLOR DO YOU THINK THAY WOULD MOSTLIKLY BE? to much blue? is the lite output not enough?

u need 6500K and higher (the higher the bluer)
6500-20,000K
