Fan Help!!

I have a JBJ nano 24gal there are 2 fans in there do the fans need to be replaces not they dont spin but I have had the tank for about 2 years and not sure how strong the flow should be, is changing the fan part of regular mantinance like changing lights?

If I need to change the fans can I get up graded ones or do i have to get them from jbj or where can I get fans?

I would call JBJ first or try to find a similar size.

with the hot temps these days, dont turn on the lights if the fans r not working.
