Making A move from 24 gal To A 50

I gona make move from my 24 gal to my 50gal this weekend what is the best way to do this all the LR has life on it I bought more live rock can I re use the live sand or it is best to use new sand.

I have some hitch hikers prymid snales I would like to get rid of on my old live rock the rock has zoos on it can I just brush them off how long is it ok to keep the zoo out of water as I do this. or is there some othere way to do this?

Pyramid snails actually burrow themselves in the sand so you should use new one.
