T5 Lighting Question

Is a t5 setup of 36" 4x39 watts enough for a 30 gallon tank (36 x 12 x 16) planning to keep soft coral. Also is it enough for a RBTA??

I have that setup for my 46 gallon. LPS, polyps, leather, mushrooms. Looks good and everything likes the lighting. Coraline, corals, and fish are all thriving. Minus some phosphate problems that is. I think my 46 gallon is about the max size tank for this lighting setup. SPS would be a different story however.
