What are best T5 bulbs?

I have 4x39 watt T5 fixture. I would like to know what you guys think is the best bulbs or bulb combination I should have on the fixture for best look/growth. I have some generic 10000K 2 actinic and 2 white on now.

what kind of fixture....does it have individual reflectors?
i like a mixture of ATI ,geisemann and uvl bulbs

ATI for blue plus and aquablue and UVL for super actinic and aquasun. I am not too crazy about Giesemann. Btw, this should help:

it is a cheap fixture i got from this guy online, ebay seller - fishneedit. only one parabolic reflector, which seems to be where the money was saved (i got 100 bucks 36" 4x39 w T5, brand new)

that thead is insanely long but it seems to have all the info i need and then some. thanks jabol!

anyone have strong opinions that I should rip apart the fixture and make it over with individual reflectors? I looked into it and i'd have to be sure of a performance boost to pretty much double the price of my lighting without adding wattage lol, with reflectors being around 30 bucks a pop

I bought the same fixture and it seriously rocks! I had a good friend of mine who is one here (Kaloy, who ironically is also using this light) mod it with another plug so I could have individual timers on all 4 bulbs and its great ... I was looking into the Geismanns as well for a more ice white/blue look. In all honesty though the blue 10ks that it came with is showing amazing coralline growth as well as coral overall growth in combo with my I/O salt ...

you know i like it a lot too. for the money it is WAY better than anything you can get new. i wonder though how it would perform with individual aluminum reflectors?and i was racking my brain trying to figure if i could get them to fit in there without ripping it apart.

when i used T5 i liked the Aquascience and ATI bulbs. Was not a fan of the gieseman bulbs
