Could someone id what's growing around my zoas

I only noticed this when my lights first come on and the pollups are still closed. But when open my zoa looks fine and growing.

As soon as I figure out inserting pic....

If there is nothing wavy coming out of it and it does not move and has no polyps, I would totally guess sponge. If any of those other things are visible, then I'd say possibly sponge with other stuff, too.

One of the coolest things (imho) about having a reef (or really having live rock at all) is all the "freebies" we end up with in our tanks - whether they are "baddies" or not!

hmm...i wonder if the sponge will spread over the zoas in time?

Yeah its a sponge. As well, clean the green bubble algae off it will spread really quick, and do not pop it.
