Need your Opinions on Lights

Hi, I'm in the process of setting up my new tank in my new apartment, at this point I'm basically only on the planning stages, being doing some reaserch and shopping around and came accross the following lights on ebay. I would like to keep lps, mushrooms, zoas, anemones, ric, and perhaps some sps down the road. Will be using RO/DI water also.....

If you're looking for quality I'd say shop somewhere else.
If you just want cheap lights go for it.
