Since installing a MH set up over my reef, I've noticed a build up of little bubbles sticking to some of my SPS and Zoos corals. I brush them off everyday and they return in a few hours. I don't know if this has something to do with my lights (maybe the bubbles were always there and I never noticed) or if it could be from my skimmer leaking bubbles. I'm almost positive it's not the skimmer and if I reduce the flow any further the flow will stop (it's a Prizm Pro). My Prizm does like to spit out bubbles and I don't know why.

Anyone have any ideas about what could be the cause?

Thanks :irked:

I have never seen bubbles on an SPS coral unless the SPS was covered in algae already dead, you got a pic? I'm assume a regular bubble, but can never be too sure. There is usually enough flow with sps that any stuck bubble would get blown off and the slime would usually make a bubble just slide off.
