PE Mysis, PLankton, Cyclopeeze...i soak all of it with Selcon or Vita Chem. Fish love it. Various veggie flakes, prime reef, New Life Spectrum pellets. Seaweed.

Brine shrimp is really not the most nutritional...sorry to say.

I feed mainly mysis, cyclops, and a homemade food my lfs makes, (nori and krill is the only thing I know is in there, gotta get around to asking them everything one day)all soaked in fresh garlic and selcon. I feed formula 1 and 2 flake and vitamin enriched brine by ocean nutrition rarely, mostly when I'm away.

I make my own frozen food...

1 x formula 1
1 x formula 2
1 x packet of nori
1 x bottle selcon
1 x pack of cyclopeeze
1 x pack of blood worms
grated shrimp
grated scallops
1 x pack of dried phyto
some dried food... pellets, flake, etc

I blend it up, adding different bits at different times to get lots of difference particle sizes from chunks to microscopic bits.

Then I pour the slop back into the plastic cube sheets, and some into plastic ziplocks, and let it freeze into sheets.

The mix of sizes means that everything eats... inverts, fish, sps, lps, etc. All is happy.

Sometimes I add garlic, sometimes vitamins, etc. If the store has it I'll throw in clams, squid, whatever, really.
