What is this? A small little...

These little brown flat crawling things have been in my tank for months.. I finally got a decent picture of it.. Its very very small, around or even smaller than a sps polyps.

It hasnt' harm a thing in my tank or got onto any live corals.

And by the way there are like 100 of these eggs that you see in the picture in my tank. I don't know who is laying them. I have a few types of snails so don't know whose eggs are these.

Tom, good, news is that the eggs are from snails, the bad news is that you have flatworms.

I think its a flatworm. If you look at the pest pictures it looks like that. The eggs I got no clue.

Looks like a Flatworm, they usally come out when the lights are on.

but these flatworm hasn't done one single damage to my corals.. Good flatworm, perhaps?

Tom, do you have a 6line wrasse? or one like it? They usually are good and keep them in check.

Not all flatworms are bad, wouldn't attach your corals, but if the population grows and then dies off then you have a problems as when they die they become toxic.

In other words find some way to control those guys. Have them spayed or neuterd ...help control the Flatworm population

You can use Flatworm Exit which does work but some people on RC have had problems with it. Six line wrasse can work and there is a Nubi that could also work.

I've controlled them in my tank by siphoning them out and the population has stay down, my six line wrasse keep jumping out of the tank

Mine too, my six-line jump to this death a month ago.. Not I am going to fence the back just incase I want to pick one up again..

Flatworm Exit, does it harm anything else in a tank?

Check RC on Flatworm Exit there was a # of threads about it. The six line that I got at MM jump out yesterday, I left the front of the canop open for a couple of hours and came back and it was dead on the floor.

oh, that was unpleasant.. At least mine stay in the tank for 2 months. These six-liners really are a great escape artist. It should say "WIll Jump" on the tank that sell them.. LOL..

I will try to research the flatworm exit. need to debate if I should do something about them..

the melanarus wrasse is also known to eat flatworms.
my 6-line never jumped.
looks like the non-harmful flatworms (same i had).

i agree w/alrha, those flatworms look like the worms that appeared while my tank was cycling. They seem to love the refuge where there were no corals at the time, just sand.
