AA is a store that you go to look at the display tanks but hardly ever leave with anything. The prices are steep and just not worth it. The corals are also quite expensive. I can't justify spending $35 on a cleaner shrimp there when I can go to Fishtown and get the same one for $21 which is still pretty high for a cleaner. I used to know a guy who sold cleaners for $12. I wish I would have bought more before he closed down shop.

AA just had their aniversary sale last week, 50% off all fish and BOGOF all dry goods and food. I agree the prices are sort of steep, but they do have various selections. I did see a marvellous pair of leopard wrasse last week and it is where I got frozen Cyclop-Eez from.

As to cleaner shrimp, I bought my pair from Aqua Hut in Coram for $25 which is the cheapest I've ever seen. But again, AH is bit far away from Jones Beach.

Joe try to stay away from store in brklyn ,not many good places here ,,when it comes to buy fish and corla ,or any other goodies to your tank ,it worth the trip sometimes ,
i think most ppl here take trip ever now and then to store ,post a thread and see is going to shop ,i usally go 1ce or 2ce a month to find better stores ,sometimes i come home with nothing ,but it was cool to see what other store have and dont have ,that what make this hobby more interesting ,
