hello everyone,

its been a long while since my last post. due to a new "fixer upper house", overtime and a fiance, i have been out of the loop. so i am glad to say i am back and now wanting new skimmer. my buget is about $1400, and i have a 300 gallon system. i plan on have a well stocked but, not overstocked tank. i have plenty of room because I have fish room in the basement, and i also plan on having a refuge and a frag/grow out tank in 2 of the 4 sumps i have downstairs. just so u guys know i actually planned on purchasing the orca reeflo, but, b4 i decided to purchase o thought i would some others chime in.

btw i have read the skimmer sticky.:sleeping:.....thats one long sticky

have one, and hate it. mrc is crap....just my opinion. thanks for responding. r u kidding 50 views and nothing. wow, i guess it be something i said.

I'd say (in order) Deltec AP701, ATI BM250, Reeflo Orca or Octopus Extreme.

BPS 8c - I run one on a sps prop system with 24 fish in it - and you'll spend way less.
