My RO/DI lost forever. . .

On the way to BC's BBq today on the train I was bringing along my new RO/DI unit I bought so someone can show me how to use the sucker, and I by mistakely left it on the train with my bag!! I got my bag back, but some #%@% stole my RO/DI unit! Back to airing out tapwater for topoff and water changes!

i have a used ro/di 75 g/d and a brand new 1 in the packing boxes 100 g/d im gonna keep 1.... but the other will be avail...the new 1 cost me $125 including shipping

The RO/DI cost me about 120 from ebay. It did around 110 GPD.

Hey slama, let me know how much you are selling it for, I would be able to purchase in like a week or two. I'm already seeing brown algae in my tank due to me using tap water as top offs. Don't no anybody in Queens with RO/DI.

"Airing out" water will not remove TDS.

Airing out water will allow chlorine to dissipate into the atmosphere. Most other dissolved solids will remain in the water.
