It really depends on whether you only plan on using this for your reef, or as as filtering system for your home. I bought a 6 stage with 4 gallon storage tank for drinking water, and for fw for my fw fish and sw nano. Having the storage tank is great if you plan on using it for drinking, cooking etc. The 6th stage is another carbon filter for taste and odor. The spigot is ro/di, but the storage tank only stores ro water, and it goes through the di on the way out.
I live in Hoboken and just replaced all the filters and DI, man was that a disgusting task.
I think it comes down to how many different ways you plan on using it. Also, the pressurized tank works great if you use a solenoid valve for auto topoff.
