Reading Test Kits - time elapsed

Do you notice a difference when you read the results of your test kit 5 minutes after the test, or an hour afterwards?

For example, when reading nitrates on my salifert, it's at

5ppm 5 minutes after the test.
10ppm an hour later.

The instructions tell you to read it after 3 minutes, but just wondering if you guys noticed that.

Yes, often happens with test kits..FW & SW. That's why they tell you when to read the results..past that point they may become skewed.
