Just thought id share this. prior to using my current drip method i was mixing in additives with my top off water and just pouring it in. It caused some stress on my LPS corals so i decided to try something else.

Take a large plastic chinese food container, poke a small hole in the top and the bottom, and then place on some flatform and let drip slowly into sump. This works much better than my old method. take a half day to empty out. You may have to play around with the size of the hole. start small and adjust if neccessary. kalk a bit trickier since it clogs the hole on the bottom. you got to make sure its big enough to drip and not clog. Viscosity is different than water obviously. hope this helps.
