where is the best place to get acrylic what kind of glue do u use and how do you cut it???

I get mine from T&T plastic land, church st below canal.

Weldon for the glue. I use #3 thin and #16 thick

Saw, router, score cutter, all work. Sometimes I pay for cut-to-size pieces when I'm buying it.

I think there is a place in LI I found on one of the threads. I remember calling them and they had good prices.

T&T and Canal Plastics both charge not by per cut but by a rate chart.

Both sell the glue. If you need industrial amount of the glue, I carry it. But if you only want to do a, let say, a sump for one time only, you can get everything from both stores.

As for techniques of how to cut acrylics, there is one guy by the SN of Acrylics in RC who is alway willing to explain to do it right.
