RO Faucet without Tank?

Hey all, just wondering if I could hook up my ro directly to an ro faucet without the tank. Like, the ro filter will give water only when the faucet is opened.

Can this work?

Formerly, when I wanted ro water I would just open the ball valve on the system & it would give water. Can I do the same but using one of these faucets as the ball valve?

You can, but you won't get any pressure. It may take you about 20 minutes to fill a glass of water.

Yes you can. Thats how under sink units work but you need a storage tank. The tank is preasurized. You can look it up on line
