Battery Back Up Air Pump

was wondering about battery back up air pump has anyone used them do they turn on when power goes out or do they run all the time then switch to battery when power is out also what is the best one to get any info would help thanks

check the Silent air b11, from Penn Plax. It?s an automatic back up system that works when power goes off. It really works
