Auto fish feeder problem

I just bought the AquaChef Fish Feeder by Current and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Does anyone have one of these? I've programmed it to feed 3x a day while I'm out of town but when the time that I programmed it to feed rolls around, it does not rotate to feed. What am I doing wrong?

When you programmed the amount of feedings, is there a down arrow next to the number?
If not then go back to programming your time again and after you finish with the minutes, hit mode to indicate the feeding number then hit adjust for the down arrow.
