Bubbles In My Sump

Is there a way to stop yhe bubbles in my sump from the oveflow?
I seem to get alot of bubbles and the problem is that the spray from them popping(like fresh poured soda) is keeping it moist under the stand.
Im sure theres some easy answer, but if people could post pics of there sump intake, I would appreciate it.

if I remember correct from a prior post, you built your sump/fuge with baffels so that is a help - maybe you should look at the baffels to make sure there is the right spacing and water flow thru.

I agree w/ o0jmadra filter sock (if you are not already using one) would make a nice difference.

I just ordered A filter sock holder from custom king.. I hope this works out.

It is not that the bubbles are getting into the DT, but the spray from all the bubbles popping. Its literally like when you take that first sip of fresh poured soda, and the bubbles hit you in the face, but on a much larger scale of course.
I temporarily partially coverd the sump with some leftover acrylic I had lying around.

By the way, MY AQUA C EV180 SUCKS!!!! This thing is the most fussy tempermental thing ive ever used in a aquarium.
