HELP Replacing Ballast in Outer Orbit Fixture

Ok so I am replacing a ballast for the PC's in my outer orbit fixture. I have it all removed except for these 2 wires which are in a yellow plastic box. Have no clue how to release them or open this box. Below is a picture. Any help is appreciated.

I believe they have on line instructions.

I read them and it said to simply remove wires, but this plastic cap seems to have no way to make it release the wires. Hopefully someone has had to replace a ballast on an outer orbit and knows this

Looks like a multiwire tap. Some of them are pretty much permanent. Your best bet is the snip the wires and continue on with the wiring and just reconnect those three wires with a wire cap and electrical tape. Homedepot sells those blocks and if I remember correctly they are reusable.
