KathyC Moderator Location Barnum Island Rating - 100% 200 0 0 Oct 1, 2008 #2 I use Phosban. Currently my reading is at .04 (tested with a Hanna Meter). Let's just say originally it was a rather impressive high number...lol I was told to change it weekly, empty my skimmer collection cup daily and keep up with my weekly water changes (20%) if my numbers were high.

T ThuGGY Active Reefer Location NJ/PA Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Oct 1, 2008 #16 I use Warner Marine before and its great. Now I am doing Prodibio and I dont run any GFO and as of 2 days ago my Po4 is .01 with Hannah meter.. Also note that Sudden change of Po4 will make a sudden impact in your tank. make sure you do it slowly then later on add more ..

grundig5 Advanced Reefer Location Astoria Rating - 100% 28 0 0 Oct 1, 2008 #17 You guys must be ballerz buying rowa and phosban. That would cost like $20-30 a month for me. bulkreefsupply pelletized GFO costs $70 for 4.5 pounds. Anyway I change mine when I notice the glass getting hazy on a more frequent basis which is about every 2 weeks.
