Phosban Suggestions

I am thinking of getting a Phosban reactor for my 90 gallon reef. I also looked at the ViaAqua reactor which was only $10 more and came with tubing and pump. Was wondering what experiences people have had and what size pump they put on the Phosban (assuming a maxi 1200 is too much?)

i have a mini jet 404.it just needs to stir up a little to release phosban
