I just wanted to warn everyone to stay away from this site. They are expensive and have terrible customer service.

I ordered some pieces I needed for my reef and when I received my order it was not what I wanted or what I ordered. Customer service basically said too bad. We can't re-sell what we sent you so we can't give you a credit. That was after they admitted the order was botched!

Well they called me back and said they would charge me a $50 re-stocking fee and credit the rest of the money. I guess that is better than nothing but still ridiculous.

Just tell them to either accept the return, at NO cost to you, or that your credit card company will not be paying them(and call your C.C. so they will actually cancel payment). They will fold, and if not you get some free stuff

I agree. I would stop payment on the CC immediately.

I hate companies like that.

Have you spoken with anyone at your creditcard company? Hope you paid by cc, if you paid by debit you are out of luck. Or so says Chase...
