Power heads shouldi use 1 or 2

Looking for tank flow in my 120, should i get a powerhead with high gph or 2 with a moderate gph flow?

What are the dimensions? What do you plan to keep?
assuming its 48"x24"x24, and its a mixed reef with allitle bit of everything, I would get 2 powerful PH's
In my 120 I have 2 vortechs(at full on reef crest=6000), and 1100 GPH from a small tunze in a corner, and 1000 GPH from the return=8,000GPH total when Vortechs are both at max power.

For my 120, which is a mix of LR, fish and some lps/sps. I have 1 Vortech on Reef Crest 75% power - 2250 gps, 2 Tunze 6045 = 2200, and return pump @1100, so total would be roughly 5500 gps. I reduce the Vortech sometimes as it is blowing sand all over the place. Prior to the Vortech, I had two mod maxi jet 1200 = 4200 gps on a wave maker and they worked great.

2 high power one's controllable would be better, and actually the seio's are controllable if you buy the controller

wow i was thinking the ones i had was enough, i was running the seios with my AC jr but it seems like i am way off.

i am using 2 tunzes 1100 gph in my 60g cube with about 400-500 on return
