Miracle mud or sand?

I will be building my new sump/fuge and I am wondering if I should put sand or Miracle Mud in the fuge?Should I also use some of my old mud to seed the new fuge it has lots of pods in it.or just let it seed itself through the live rock?..?Thanks,Sal

Yeah, im putting rock in the fuge also but was wondering what to stick my Mangroves in....

if your going to want something in there i would use sand from your setup.dont use miracle mud
