House thats similiar to the reactor I have. That black hose goes to your bubble counter/regulator and then back into the pvc. One of the clear hoses goes from the OUTPUT side of a pump to the top right tower. Another black hose goes from the top of tower 1(right) to the bottom of tower 2(left). The other clear hose goes from the far right barb into your tank where you will have it fed by another pump.

The ARM should fill up both tower 3/4 of the way.

I think there are good instruction on mrc site.
