sump has aboute 20gal of water

I really like the jbj chillers ive been using two for a while now they work fine, i would say the 1/10 would be fine its rated for around 90 gallons. They also have great customer support, i ordered a smaller 1/20 hp chiller and after a mix up with an order they gave me a free upgrade to 1/10. I only wish they would be able to contol the heater like some other brands but for the price there great, there also very quiet.

I also use the 1/10 from current on my 46g. It works great and when its on you can't hear it unless you are up close.

It is a little overkill but a tradewind 1/5hp will be your best bet hands down. Pacific coast and jbj would be my second choice.

I have a Pacific Coast 1/10 on a 75 gal. It works fine & is quiet. A downside to inline chillers is that you lose flow from the return due to the extra hose length.
