About a year ago I bought a cooling fan kit for my Nanowave9 from nanotuners.com. Having never gotten a chance to install it, I put it up in my closet and forgot about it all this time. This weekend I went to install it and noticed I didn't have a power cable for it and couldn't find one in from all my spares to match. I called Chris at nanotuners.com to order one, but he instead tells me it should have come with the fans and he'll ship me one out no charge. In these times it's hard to find a company with such good customer service as I have just experienced! BIG PROPS to the guys at nanotuners!
