Waterproof Moonlights

My tank is finally coming together.

I'm using an ATI 6X39W fixture on a Tech 70 tank. I want moonlights! I wish the ATI fixture included moon lights.

Does any one make a waterproof moonlight that I can affix to the underside of the tech tank's euro bracing?

Maybe I could have one custom made (wingo?)..

I'm also in need of moonlights. I asked Wingo he does make them but you have to buy your own power cord. If you find any LMK I want moonlights that are plug and play. Good Luck.

If he can make a waterproof housing with a short pigtail (and socket), I will gladly source out the power cord (I assume this means the power supply, AC-DC converter).

Ocholoco, If you want to get some, I'm sure ordering more at once will help Wingo keep the cost down. I can help you with the power supply issue.

My water proof moonlight is called the Submersible Moonlight and comes with a ~4-5 feet cord.

I recommend using REGULATED 12V power supply but if you use one that isn't, you can make sure the voltage is correct by measuring it after setting it up. Most of the non regulated ones are running at 17V when loaded with a low resistant item like my LED even though the labels say 12V.

From the link in your thread (of a VERY nice tank), they don't appear to carry blue ones.

But it's same model as the ones in my thread above

yeah, same as the link you showed...they do come in blue, mine are blue, and they give a straight line if above water, and a blue glow/haze if they are in the water
