This is the second time this week I got a shock when I stick my hand in the tank I have a ground probe ,the same one I have had for about 5 years..Could it be possible that it is bad ..I have never ever had this happen .before this week..Any ideas?

check your heater!!!.. this happened to me before and it was my heater.. it could be any of the other equipment but i think the heater is the most common thing that fails..

Check the ground probe and make sure it has a good connection, sounds like the connection may be loose. If you have a volt meter you can check every device to see which one is 'leaking' voltage back, connect one side to an outlet ground and the other into the sump.

unplug 1 device at a time and check each time for stray voltage, also use a grounding probe just in case you don't have 1. heaters are the usual suspects
